Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Black Diamond Fire. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
All returns must be coordinated directly between buyers and sellers; please note in our terms and conditions that all sales are final, and the 15% fee is non-refundable should a seller choose to honor a return.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, certain items cannot be returned:
Customized products according to your specifications.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Personal care items, such as beauty products.
Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. We strongly recommend that you send the items using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If approved, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your request and send your item to the return address provided.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
