This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of registering as a vendor on the e-commerce platform Black Diamond Fire. Follow these simple steps to get your store set up and start selling.

Click “Become a Seller”

  1. Navigate to the homepage of Black Diamond Fire.
  2. Click on the “Become a Seller” button on the top right corner of the page.

Registration Page

  1. Fill out the Registration Form:
    • Email: Enter your email address.
    • Store Name: Enter your desired store name.
    • Password: Create a password for your store.
    • Confirm Password: Re-enter the password to confirm.
  2. Click on the “Register” button to submit your details and create your vendor account.

Store Setup

  1. Welcome Screen:
    • Click on the “Let’s Go” button to start setting up your store.
  2. Store Information:
    • Enter your store location and description.
    • Click “Continue” or “Skip This Step” to proceed.
  3. Payment Setup:
    • Select “Stripe” as your preferred payment method. Ensure you connect with Stripe to configure your payment settings.
    • Click “Connect with Stripe” and follow the instructions to fill in your payment details.
    • Click “Continue”.
  4. Store Policies:
    • Enter your store’s refund policy, cancellation/returns/exchange policy.
    • Click “Continue”.
  5. Customer Support:
    • Provide your customer support contact information: phone number, email address, etc.
    • Click “Continue”.
  6. SEO Setup:
    • Configure your SEO settings: Facebook title and description, Twitter title and description, etc.
    • Click “Continue”.
  7. Social Media Setup:

    • Enter your social media details for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Click “Continue”.
  8. Final Setup:
    • You will see a confirmation screen indicating that your store setup is complete.
    • Click “Let’s Go to the Dashboard”.
    • Note :- 15% Handing fee to be deducted at cart

Vendor Dashboard

  1. Dashboard Overview:
    • The dashboard provides a summary of your sales and allows you to manage your store.
    • Add products, check your orders, manage payments, coupons, and view detailed store information from the left sidebar.
